The BRRRR Strategy: The act, and art. of buying a property in need of repair at a discount, rehabbing the property, renting out the property, and the refinancing the property to pull out most or all of the original cash investment and using those proceeds to repeat the process as a way to build a rental housing portfolio.
Hence the term BRRR – BUY, REHAB, RENT, REFINANCE, REPEAT.
